Volunteer of the Month - January 2014

 

Feeding America, Kentucky’s Heartland, is pleased to announce that Mrs. Basmatie Baldeo has been selected as our Volunteer of the Month for January 2014.

Congratulations to our October Volunteer of the Month, Basmatie Baldeo! Basmatie has been a dedicated volunteer for just over a year.  She always brings a lot of enthusiasm and a bright smile with her to the Volunteer Center.  Her dedication to our mission as an organization is unquestionable. 

 

Feeding America, Kentucky’s Heartland feeds more than 125,500 hungry people each year through distribution to more than 200 food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters in 42 Kentucky counties.  FAKH also sponsors the BackPack™ Program in over 270 schools throughout 33 counties.  FAKH’s main office and warehouses are located on Peterson Drive in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
